		<description>On Blog/articles on UWKC&#039;s Basic Food &quot;challenge:&quot; People with special dietary restrictions (gluten intolerance,egg allergies, vegans, no/low sodium and cholesterol free diets, diabetes, etc.) do have a difficult time maintaining their nutrition on so little. Grocery shopping on such restrictions and budget can be extreme...ly challenging, and I agree that this should be a major consideration in Community/Public Health nutrition and preventive care programs and budgets. Even cooking almost all dried bean/vegies can be expensive!</description>
